The breakfast was nice continental style with coffee, juice, and friendly staff. the location was very good, near the metro and everything. the staff was so friendly and very helpful. the room had working radiators, which was helpful for drying clothes in the wet weather. the staff was reliable in carrying and storing luggage.
Felt special, nothing too much trouble.

the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Kavi, who was like a guiding friend to us. Despite the lack of a lift, we had no problem as the staff assisted us with our luggage. the housekeeping was also excellent, keeping the room clean and tidy. the hotel, though small, offered modern amenities and had a superb location. With the metro right at our doorstep and numerous restaurants and shops nearby, we were able to make the most of our time in Paris.
Nothing, all was good. 👍

I absolutely adored the contemporary decor of the hotel. The parquet flooring and white walls with large murals were simply stunning. It made me feel like I was in a chic Parisian home. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and clean, which was important for a senior woman like me. the accessibility of the hotel for senior people was excellent. The staff were always ready to assist and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive. Sometimes they seemed a bit preoccupied and not as helpful as they could have been.

Perfect location right next to metro Bastille. 24-Hour desk and helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.
No elevator. Our window did not close and was on the street, no need to say that it was extremely noisy. We stayed just one night though, which was fine. Room not so clean but the bed and sheets were ok.

We had a very pleasant stay at Royal Bastille. The hotel is conveniently located next to Place de la Bastille and the Bastille Metro, making it easy to explore the city. The area felt safe, even when wandering around at night. The staff were friendly and willing to help, and we encountered no rudeness. The room, although basic, wasnice and neat enough for our needs.

Title: Great location, average for families
My wife says that the hotel could have benefited from having a dedicated play area or a children's corner.

The location is awesome, literally steps from the Bastille Metro Station. The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. There was a mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool and a fan to circulate air as there is no ac. The room and bathroom were much larger than expected. The windows were sound proof, so the room was quiet at night.
